Salon Policies: The Salty Seagliss requires a $50 deposit when scheduling a session. Cancellation Policy: A minimum of 24 hours notice is requested for cancellations or rescheduling to accommodate all clients and ensure efficient scheduling. Late Cancellation/No-Show Policy: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may encourage a $50 cancellation fee to cover the reserve time and impact on scheduling. Clients who miss appointments without prior notification (no-shows) Will be charged the full price of the scheduled service. Late Arrivals: Arriving more than 15 minutes late for an appointment may result in the aesthetician not being able to accommodate your appointment and also a loss of your deposit. Or the services may be abbreviated or appointments rescheduled for a later arrival is to avoid delays and other clients with full-service Price still applying. Special circumstances: In the event of a true, unforeseen, and unavoidable emergency, cancellation fees may be waived at the spas discretion. Clients with a history of repeated no-shows or late cancellations may be required to pre-pay for future appointments.And in the event of a no-show will not be reimbursed or applied to future services. How to cancel/reschedule: Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments by calling or texting 917-376-6244 or via the online portal. Or by email @ thesaltyseagliss@gmail.com For appointments made within 24 hours of the service at least four hours notice is required to avoid a 50% service charge. Any Amount prepaid for services will be nonrefundable if the no-show cancellation policy is violated. A credit card is required to secure the appointment and cancellation fees will be charged to the card provided. Cancellation fees can be paid online over the phone or in person before booking a new appointment.
